plur_recall_hybrid
Hybrid BM25 + embedding recall (RRF) over the global plur engram store. bm25_weight is forwarded to the plur backend and only shifts ranking when that backend implements weighted hybrid RRF; the bundled local CLI backend applies default RRF and ignores it (audit #15).
