episode_stats
Aggregate activity counts over the experiential episode log WITHOUT returning any episode content. work_search/work_episodes are all-or-nothing: seeing activity patterns otherwise requires admin:workspace, which also grants full row content. This returns counts only, so an operator can answer ‘what is this agent doing’ without reading what it did. Grouping by caller is not offered — the group_by enum excludes it deliberately. Buckets smaller than min_bucket are withheld and summed into suppressed, because a count of 1 in a narrow bucket is equivalent to reading the row.
