note_quality_report

Read-only note-health report from the note_quality rollup: which notes are duplicated, orphaned, stale by edit or by access, contradicted, or tombstoned — with the raw components behind each verdict. quality_score is NULL when there is no usage evidence yet, which means UNMEASURED, not bad. Populated by the offline obsidian-tc note-quality pass; computed_at tells you how fresh it is. Never used for ranking. response_format=concise returns {path, quality_score, flags} per note (plus activation_conflict when true), without the raw components.
